Modonarro

While the emerald green waters of Panama City Beach usually steal the show, Modonarro will spotlight truly breathtaking Italian street paintings on Nov. 20-22. Presented by the Visual Arts Center of Bay County, this weekend-long fair at Pier Park will feature the 3D sidewalk chalk art of both professional and amateur artists. Free and open to the public. Kids will even have the chance to make creations of their own.
