ZUMBA Fitness Class

Please join me every Thursday at 5:00 pm for a one hour ZUMBA fitness class! No experience needed! Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Classes are held at the Community Activity Center on Tyndall Air Force Base. Individuals will have to be sponsored on the base so RSVP is required. See you at the party! ZUMBA!
