I recently visited Guglielmo's La Fiamma and had the WORST dining out experience of my life. First it took 55 minutes to be served drinks. 2 minutes after we were served our drinks, our food came. Only half of my meal came out. I waited another 20 minutes on the rest of the meal and informed the owner Guglielmo how bad the service was and asked if he would just write off my meal since I only recieved half of it. His response was: "Just pay the f***ing bill and get the f*** out!" Well I cannot say i responded with kind words of my own after that but he did end up calling the police (after we had paid the bill and were leaving) saying we broke wine glasses and plates, which was ridiculous and a lie.

SO the morale of this story. If bad service annoys you, never go to Gug's. If having the police called on you for not liking your lying a$$ italian owner sounds like a fun night then enjoy!!!
